My practice of massage is informed by the philosophies, ideologies and practices of yoga and energy medicine. As a holistic healing modality, mind, body and spirit are addressed in every session.

The core of my passion for healing, I began consciously sensing energy after reading a book and learning that I could indeed feel the energy of my food. What started as an interest quickly developed into a passion and an entry-way into the health and healing path. Thoroughly believing that one cannot give what one does not have, my own quest for health and vitality drives me to delve further and further into the capabilities of energy medicine so that I may be an example of that which I so dearly want to share with others.
